The inspection time depends on the actual interior size and the inspection items involved. Generally, the inspection takes around 2–3 hours for homes with an actual interior area of 25 ping or less. If there are serious defects or the property size is larger, the inspection duration will vary based on the actual on-site conditions.

We recommend making a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure better scheduling availability. Weekend (Saturday) slots are especially popular, so we suggest contacting us even earlier for those appointments.

Home inspection services are available from Monday to Saturday. Inspection services on Sundays and public holidays may be arranged depending on availability and circumstances.

Currently, there is no additional charge for weekend inspections.

For serviced apartment or condo, it is advisable for owners to check with the developer beforehand to confirm whether sprinkler system installation is permitted.

This service is provided for landed residential properties, including terrace houses and townhouses.

We do not provide interior area measurement services.

In general, there may be differences between on-site measured area and the area stated in the contract or title deed, due to different measurement standards. Therefore, we recommend that clients ask their land administrator (or conveyancer) to obtain the land registry transcript and official survey/measurement drawings from the land authority for accurate verification.

The area stated on the official land title is typically reliable and should not have significant discrepancies.
